  1. Visit the eMunicipal Telangana Portal
  2. Select Download Assessment Exemption
    • On the left-hand side menu under the Property Tax section, click on Download Assessment Exemption.
  3. Enter Your PTIN (Property Tax Identification Number)
    • In the field labeled “PTIN NO”, input your unique Property Tax Identification Number.
    • Ensure that the PTIN is correct, as errors may prevent you from retrieving your certificate.
  4. Click Get Details
    • After entering your PTIN, click on the yellow Get Details button.
    • The system will fetch your exemption details based on the entered PTIN.
  5. Download Your Certificate
    • Once your details are displayed, you will see an option to download your Assessment Exemption Certificate.
    • Click on the download button and save it for future use.
