While registration I paid the GHM demand draft for mutation, and submitted along with other required document in sub register office for registration.
I have purchased part of the open plot 100 sq yards out of 300 Sq Yards. and it is clearly written in part purchased from previous owner.
But I am not able to get the owner name changed, I don’t have the PTIN number generated for my plot. Please help me, I try to apply it in mee-seva but not resolved it. they ask me to visit municipal office, but they are not helping.
